The "Via Verda" was an old train railway track that communicated the village of the Puebla de Híjar (Aragon) with Tortosa (Catalunya), with the purpose to import sea products into Aragon. It was in use during 31 years and it finally closed down on the 17th of September of 1973. Today it is used by country lovers who cycle along this lane to enjoy the peace and quietness of the area.
